Job summary
The Field Applications Engineers on the NEFF team love what they do because they are always doing something new. As an FAE you will split your time between customer sites and your office.In the field you will work directly with our customers giving technical sales presentations product demonstrations and training sometimes even showing them applications that youve helped create.
We have an opening right now for a Field Applications Engineer whose responsibilities will include serving as a technical resource for clients answering questions about products capabilities applications etc Designing portions of factory automation systems Presenting product demonstrations participating during sales presentations Coordinating scheduling technical training for customers sales personnel Documenting all technical projects i.e customer s pre-existing equipment process operating difficulties proposals design schematics installation details Researching technical information needed to evaluate product performance application maintaining current product literature Providing customers with detailed product specifications schematics designs including answering incoming technical calls documenting customer problems developing solutions through design better more effective product application Communicating parameters performance standards ensure customers informed of capabilities.Job description
