- Work closely with ShopVue customers to resolve incidents that arise through their use of the software. Collaborate with ShopVue's Development & Engineering, Professional Services, and Sales teams to ensure all eyes are focused on Customer Success.
- Initially you'll focus on mastering our ShopVue MES application
- Duties include troubleshooting software issues, evaluating peripheral issues (such as hardware issues) to assess their impact on the ShopVue software application, conduct customer facing meetings to support problem-solving, analyze the root cause, and ultimately issue resolution.
- As a Software Support Analyst, you'll perform various tasks to support both end-users and our development team.
- Bachelor's degree (Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering preferred but not required)
- The ideal candidate has a passion for software and for satisfying customers, as well as the ability to get down into the details without losing sight of the big picture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are important
- Proven problem solving, troubleshooting, technical and customer service skills are a must
- Solid understanding of database concepts, including writing SQL queries and executing traces
- Manufacturing and prior software support experience is a plus
- Technical account management experience is a plus
