    This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

    Details & requirements for this opportunity:

    Schedule:
    On-call Shifts 7a-7a; 1-2 weekends per month

    Practice Setting:
    Inpatient

    Types of Cases:
     General Urology, Advanced Endoscopic Techniques, Ureteroscopy, Laser Certification

    Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

    Electronic Medical Record (EMR): To be determined

    Certifications required:
     Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible, Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support

    Licensure required:
    KentuckyFacility Location
