- We are looking for a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join our team. The RTE will be responsible for maintaining agile health and metrics, providing inline coaching for team members, and ensuring high agile standards are maintained.

About the Role:
The role involves managing the Agile Release Train (ART) flow of value, coordinating ART activities with strategic goals, and serving as a liaison between product management, development, and operations teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage the flow of value within the Agile Release Train (ART)
Coordinate and align ART activities with strategic goals
Serve as a liaison between product management, development, and operations teams
Maintain calendars for program increments (PIs)
Implement PI planning events and monitor progress
Monitor development and implementation of new programs and features
Manage and mitigate risks within the ART
Identify and manage bottlenecks through resource allocation 11. Encourage collaboration within teams to meet goals
Promote improvement through inspect and adapt (I&A) events
Ensure the use of lean-Agile processes to keep the ART productive
Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Required Skills:
-
Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira
Strong understanding of lean-Agile processes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to identify and manage risks effectively
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
DayToDay Responsbilities:
Responsible for agile health and metrics including inline coaching for team members to ensure high agile standards are maintained
Managing the ART (Agile Release Train)flow of value, or steps used to create value for the project
Coordinating and aligning ART activities with the organization's strategic goals
Serving as a liaison between product management, development and operations teams

Provide leadership and management with a focus on ensuring delivery and execution are being managed against strategic goals and direction
Must Have:
SDLC management experience
Experience working around the UI development process
Process and release management
Financial experience
