    Description

    Capital City Nurses, a Care Advantage, Inc. company and leading provider of home care services for over 40 years, is currently seeking experienced, reliable, and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for live-in care in the Maryland area. We are a client-driven company with a mission to lift up every community we serve, enable aging adults to live life to the fullest, and empower our Care Family in their purpose-driven work. The CNA will provide in-home companionship and personal care services to the senior population.

    Responsibilities:

  • Provide client care according to the Plan of Care
  • Assist client with personal care and hygiene
  • Light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Provide assistance with transportation needs
  • Maintains a clean and safe environment
  • Follows infection control procedures
  • Maintains client privacy and confidential client information

    • Qualifications:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant by the Maryland Board of Nursing
  • At least 1-year professional experience as a caregiver preferred
  • Open availability for live-in shifts
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willing to drive client with own vehicle
  • Able to lift, position and transfer patient
  • Compassionate, respectful, committed to excellency and a good attitude
