- To maintain all IT infrastructure and communication systems associated with Polyplex USA, including Internet, LAN, Wi-Fi, Servers, Desktops, Laptops, and end-user support for hardware, network, and mailing systems.
- Environmental Safety Security and Health (ESSH)
- Understand and follow ESSH policies, wearing appropriate PPE, reporting incidents or injuries, participating in investigations, identifying risks, and questioning unsafe situations.
- Local IT Support
- Ensure smooth functioning of computer hardware, network administration, local ERP, installation and maintenance of software, IT hardware, equipment, data backup, end-user support, LAN administration, VOIP phone coordination, and cell phone support.
- IT Assets Management
- Maintain IT asset inventory, work with Procurement team, handle IT-related contracts, process year-end reporting, and provide financial and operational reporting.
- Leadership
- Demonstrate accountability, strive for continuous improvement, show respect for diversity, ensure confidentiality, and provide solutions for technical issues.
- Technical Expertise: Desktop/Laptop Management, Windows Servers Management, Network and LAN Management, MS SQL Server Basic Maintenance.
- Behavioral: Good customer orientation, problem-solving skills, analytical skills for IT troubleshooting, and communication abilities at all organizational levels.
- Education: Formal education in Computer Science/IT, Certifications from Microsoft/Cisco, Industry Experience in User Support.
- Industry Experience: Should be willing to provide IT-related services to all user departments, execute corporate IT plans, and coordinate with vendors and support partners.
