    Overview:

    Clinical Team Lead is responsible for assisting the Center Manager with all aspects of Center operations. This includes ensuring continuity with all other Nova departments, maintaining quality assurance processes, and delivering high-quality customer service. The Clinical Team Lead also assists the Center Manager in meeting Center Performance Team Goals (CPTG).

    Responsibilities:

    • Reviews Center performance against CPTG and develops action plans to improve areas of opportunity.
    • Ensures compliance with Company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
    • Assists in maintaining high standards of quality, infection control, and risk safety programs.
    • May provide leadership coverage for the Center when the Center Manager is unavailable.
    • Manages patient processing, scheduling medical and physical therapy services, check-in/check-out, and case management.
    • Monitors Center activities and recommends changes to improve services, equipment, and staff utilization.
    • Assists with supply ordering, inventory control, and shipment verification according to Company standard operating procedures.
    • Performs supervisory duties, including interviewing, hiring, employee development, training, and staff supervision.
    • Assists with equipment upkeep records, cash receipts, charge entries, and daily/weekly/monthly requirements.
    • Establishes and maintains positive professional communication with external entities involved in patient care and case management.
    • Serves as a liaison between employers and the Center.
    • Takes action to diffuse problematic situations and resolves client issues and problems.
    • Collaborates with the Central Billing Office for timely and accurate reimbursement.
    • Performs ancillary duties as required by patient volume or Center needs.

    Qualifications:

    • High School degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant technical program or equivalent work experience.
    • 3-5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in an Outpatient/Inpatient Setting or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum 1 year of previous and/or current supervisory experience.
    • Pass a background check.
    • Valid Driver's License and Proof of Auto Insurance that meets state required minimums.
    • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
    • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, leadership, time management, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work positively among diverse groups promoting a TEAM environment.
    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft office products, email, internet, word processing, and spreadsheets.
