    Description

    Research Analyst Role

    The ideal candidate will analyze economic, demographic, and real estate data to provide actionable insights for Polaris Pacific's clients.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Analyze large datasets using various tools and software to identify trends and patterns.
    • Develop custom reports highlighting the feasibility of future residential developments, focusing on highest and best use.
    • Create compelling visualizations and stories using Tableau and other data visualization tools, showcasing specific real estate trends.
    • Maintain and enhance existing monthly condominium market research reports, analyzing overall trends and new community performance in 8 West Coast markets.
    • Design pricing models for apartment and condominium developments, considering architectural plans, fieldwork, and industry benchmarks.

    Key Skills:

    • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization software (Tableau, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of economic, demographic, and real estate concepts.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
