    Hermosa, located approximately 75 miles south-east of Tucson, Arizona, is the only advanced mining project in the United States as of 2023 that could produce two federally designated critical minerals-manganese and zinc-as well as silver and lead. The project has the potential to help power the nation's clean energy future, strengthen the domestic supply chain of critical minerals, grow the local economy, and improve lives in Santa Cruz County and the surrounding community for generations to come.

      ABOUT THE ROLE

      This role is a (Permanent) position from Hermosa Site (Patagonia, Az)

      As the (Coordinator Materials), you will be responsible for for routine shipping and receiving tasks. Ensure KCC (Kind, Condition and Count) of both Stock and Construction materials. Maintain inventory controls for MIN/MAX and obsolesce.

      Other key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:

      • Issue materials to end users from workorders

      • Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment

      • Ensure receiving transactions are done within ERP (SAP) system

      • Responsible for verifying materials received were ordered; match to purchase order

      • Mark inventory items with the appropriate stock number and location

      • Performs assigned cycle counts on the date assigned, verifies item being counted is the correct item, quantity counted is accurate

      • Ensure correct parts are kept in the appropriate quantities

      • Ensures inventory items are placed in the appropriate locations the day they are received

      About You

      You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

      • Highschool Diploma and related work experience, preferably including Mining, Construction and high tempo operations

      • A valid US driver's license which can be covered under the Company's vehicle insurance policy.

      • Minimum of three (3) years of project, Warehousing, Construction Material

      • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Aconex, Contract Management/ERP systems

      • Maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct

      • Strong English language written and oral communication skills
