Currently, we are on the lookout for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and drive efficiency in our production processes. The Manufacturing Engineer will also play a key role in supporting the development of new products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation of new product designs
Suggest enhancements to existing product designs and manufacturing procedures
Develop specialized manufacturing tools to optimize production
Introduce innovative methods to enhance workflow, reduce expenses, and elevate quality standards
Conduct detailed studies and prepare insightful reports to drive process improvements
Establish key performance indicators to gauge departmental efficiency
Collaborate with various departments to meet project timelines
Ensure adherence to best manufacturing practices to safeguard equipment
Monitor production processes to maintain high quality standards while managing costs effectively

Qualifications:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering
Have 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or AutoDesk Suite is desirable
Possess strong mechanical skills and a proactive approach to process enhancement
Preferably, hold a Lean manufacturing certification or similar qualification
