- Maintenance and reconciliation general ledger accounts monthly
- Performing ad-hoc database queries and financial analysis for management reporting
- Workflow & routing maintenance of payables portal
- B.S. degree in accounting with at least 1-3 years of experience
- Knowledge of ERP & Data Warehouse Applications a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook and Access). Excellent Excel skills including vlookup, charts, pivot tables, etc.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
