Lead Accounting Role:

This Jobot Job is hosted by: Under the guidance of our Chief Financial Officer, we are tasked with managing and coordinating a dedicated team of accounting professionals.

Our work spans the entire gamut of accounting operations, including but not limited to accounts payable, payroll, and the preparation of intricate financial reports.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and seven years of progressive experience in accounting and auditing (CPA is ideal but not required).

Manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, liaise with external auditors, and oversee the preparation of financial statements.

Drive improvements in revenue, operational efficiency, and system enhancements while managing financial systems and internal controls.

Strategic Financial Management:
Develop operational models, supervise billing for services, and provide comprehensive support for financial planning and analysis.
Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation, to build a high-performing accounting team.
