Openings:
(1) Full-time position, Monday-Friday 8am - 4pm; ability to work with minimum supervision; Valid driver's license and good driving record, and ability to read GPS is required.
Transports patients to medical facilities as needed, continuum of care programs and home.
Transports records, supplies, legal documents to assigned locations.
Performs additional transportation needs as assigned by his/her supervisor.
Receives assignments from the Director of Support Services or Maintenance Supervisor.
Performs all assigned work and advises Director of Support Services or Maintenance Supervisor of results.
Picks up supplies and equipment using hospital vehicles.
Performs all assigned preventive maintenance duties.
Maintains a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff; adheres to hospital safety policies and procedures; Demonstrates a caring, professional attitude and behavior towards patients, visitors, staff and referral sources.
Complies with all hospital policies and procedures including but not limited to patient confidentiality; participates in mandatory annual training.
Ability to provide safe transportation for patient populationIn case of challenging clients or situations – contact clinical staff as soon as possible for support
Must be able to perform basic automobile maintenance.
Repetition:
Substantial repetitive motion of the wrist, hands, fingers or other body parts.
Reports to:
Director of Support Services or Maintenance Supervisor.
