Digital Delivery Lead - CMDP
**About The Role**
MWH Treatment is looking to strengthen their Digital Team with a Digital Delivery Lead for our CMDP joint venture framework. Based at the Falmer (Brighton) office you will ensure our regional team have the support needed to integrate these digital tools as business as usual we have a need for a Digital Delivery Lead.
As Digital Delivery Lead you will drive the digital delivery agenda within the CMDP framework; be relentless in pursuit of change management and redefining the default to digital delivery.
CMDP is a joint venture between MWH Treatment and Costain and will deliver a range of schemes to maintain and improve Southern Waters water supply and wastewater treatment works in the eastern half of its region (Kent & East Sussex).
You will report directly to the National Rehearsal Lead and the responsibilities will include:
You will manage the digital delivery toolbox maturity matrix to ensure we are meeting our commitments and work closely with Regional Leads to identify key resources to build a strategic in region team
You will be encouraged to connect and collaborate with all key stakeholders particularly the Client, where digital service offerings will be promoted at the front end of delivery.
You will work with regional Digital Delivery Leads to develop regional strategies covering the tools, techniques, and training necessary for integration as business as usual into the regional delivery processes.
You will work closely with the Regional Leads identifying regional resources, both facilitators and technicians, to prepare, deliver and run rehearsals for their programmes of work
The lead will be required to develop 4D models utilising Synchro for Digital Rehearsals, linking the model and programme, to provide visualisations.
The individual will be expected to facilitate rehearsals on specific projects until resources are identified, competent and capable
Develop, implement, and execute the strategy to fully adopt the use BIM 360 Field across the region, embedding the platform as business as usual for project delivery

**Experience**
4D Synchro software capability
Appreciation on real critical path management and control and background in scheduling.
Good communication skills, presentation skills and computer skills are necessary as is an ability to work with Delivery Teams developing and implementing regional strategies and practical applications.
