Description
The HR Manager will be responsible for all HR matters including; employee relations, organizational development, recruitment, training/coaching, onboarding, compliance, policy implementation, benefits administration, training/development, and performance management.
Job Description
Design and implement HR strategies
Manage all Employee Relations investigations and trainings.
Responds to employee inquiries regarding benefits and policies.
Partner with managers/supervisors with hiring processes and issues. Coordinate and conduct applicant drug screens, reference checks, background checks, and social security number verification.
Create and maintain new policies and procedures.
Manages the implementation and administration of HR policies and programs.
Analyzes and prepares HR reports.
Provide guidance and coaching to Leadership.
Manages new hire orientations and facilitate New Employee Orientation Program.
Manage all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards.
Design and implement new benefits programs
Develop, maintain, and implement programs, training and development programs, succession plans, and talent management strategies.
Collaborate with leadership to drive change management and organizational development initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
7+ years of HR experience
Experience working within a manufacturing/distribution environment required
Strategic thinker with eh ability to add value as part of a team and individual
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills
