• Provide advanced maintenance, support, and development for assigned applications
• Participate in implementation and installation project teams
• Analyze and resolve data/system issues, escalating as needed
• Develop and execute application and integrated test plans
• Adhere to organization standards for system configuration and change control
• Support documentation development and review
• Stay informed of technology advancements and process improvement methodologies
• Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience: 3-5 years in Epic, healthcare, and IT knowledge preferred
