Build or CM at Risk Experience is a plus but not requiredProvide on site technical and administrative support to the construction manager.

Responsible for project document control, i.e. RFIs, submittals, change orders, ASIs, etc.
Organize and maintain project filesAssist CM with change order management.

The PE shall be able to independently review change order requests for merit and fair pricing, and prepare change orders for processing.

Manage the closeout and turn over process.
Assist CM to prepare project files for CSU system audit at project completion.
Site conditions verification and support as needed.
