    SummarySenior Microsoft Officer 365 AdministratorPosition Highlights

    Moffitt Cancer Center is looking for a highly motivated Senior Microsoft Office 365 Administrator who is detail-oriented and well-organized.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent facilitation skills and ample hands-on experience in Microsoft Office products, advanced knowledge and experience in administrating server-side technology, and IT certifications.

    The Microsoft Office 365 Administrator will participate within a dynamic and globally expandinginfrastructure environment which includes focus and dedication to leveraging cloud technologies, and systems transformation.

    Primary responsibilities will be to oversee the administration of Moffitt's Microsoft Office 365 platform, including but not limited to the management and support of SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Power Automate and related Microsoft Office 365 products.

    This position will actively contribute to multiple business enabling projects while providing day-to-day technical support of the platform.

    A qualified candidate will have in-depth knowledge and expertise in Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, Azure Enterprise Applications, Azure App Registrations, and Active Directory.

    Proficiency in these areas is essential for effectively managing user identities, enabling secure access to cloud resources, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

    ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support and troubleshooting of all Microsoft Office 365 products. Support deployment, provisioning and data validation and restoration as needed. Serve as Subject Matter Expert on capabilities of Microsoft Office 365 collaboration tools.
    Designs and maintains Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint Sites and Processes.

    Manage intake, creation and implementation of SharePoint sites based on current Moffitt governance models for design, security and data compliance.

    Serve as Subject Matter Expert on capabilities of Microsoft Office 365 collaboration tools. Work with business users to determine appropriate design requirements.

    Assist other team members and business site owners with the implementation of new process automation solutions and provide day-to-day operations supportRespond to service Incidents and Request in support of the Moffitt Community.

    Document KTLO and project efforts in Jira.
    Provide ancillary and backup support to Azure System and Exchange Administrators as required.

    Credentials and Experience

    Bachelor's Degree:

    field of study - Computer Science, Information Systems, Cloud Systems and Application Administration or related fieldMinimum of 5 years' of hands-on experience in Microsoft Office 365 Administration, and IT application or infrastructure technical administration, especially in the areas of: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Automate/Apps, Active directory/Azure Active Directory.

    Experience developing training materials and training end users.

    An Associate's degree plus an additional two (2) years of relevant technology experience (for a total of 7 years' experience) may be considered "in lieu" of a Bachelor's degree.

    A High School Diploma plus an additional four (4) years of relevant technology experience (for a total of 9 years' experience) may be considered "in lieu" of a Bachelor's degree.
