- Develop and implement maintenance activities: work order system, critical parts & field equipment inventory, maintenance skill development, preventative & predictive maintenance.
- Write procedures and maintain records of repairs, calibrations, tests, etc.
- Working knowledge in the following: HVAC Equipment, Process pumps, Motors, Overhead door maintenance, (Plus if you have reverse osmosis/ultrapure water system exp)
- General plant maintenance, including exterior building maintenance, grounds cleanup and maintenance.

I'm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join my client at their new facility in the Phoenix/Mesa, Arizona area
Someone with at least 3 years of experience w/ equipment maintenance, preferably in the chemical manufacturing space, as well as a strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards will make for a good fit.
