    About the Role:
    As the Onsite Maintenance Technician for Summerwood HOA Community, you will beresponsible for performing a range of maintenance tasks to keep our client properties in excellent condition. This role requires interaction with staff and clients and involves handling mechanical systems and performing various maintenance and repair duties.
    Responsibilities:
    • Vendor and Contractor Relations:
      • Experience in working with vendors and contractors is vital, ensuring strong, collaborative relationships for successful project outcomes
    • Property Maintenance Tasks:
      • Perform exterior and interior maintenance tasks, painting, drywall repair, and texture work
      • Conduct boiler diagnostics and repairs
      • Handle plumbing, basic electrical work, and HVAC diagnostics and repairs
      • Perform general upkeep tasks such as debris removal, and porter services
      • Coordinate and execute daily property walks, work order processes, and follow-up tasks to ensure completion
      • Oversee vendor and contractor inspections and coordinate preventative maintenance plans.
      • Carry out daily and weekly porter assignments
      • Preventive maintenance
    • Building Inspections:
      • Inspect building equipment, systems, and facilities to identify and resolve issues.
    Qualifications:
    • Experience:
      • Minimum of 3 years in facilities maintenance, preferably in an HOA and or apartment setting
    Skills:
    • General maintenance skills in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
    • Knowledge of building systems and safety procedures
    • Strong internal and external customer service skills
    Other Requirements:
    • Must have a valid driver's license, necessary tools for work including but not limited to hammer, screwdrivers, wrench, pliers, stud finder, tape measure, and reliable transportation.
    Additional Information:
    • Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM
    • Be available for after-hours emergencies and work flexible hours, including weekends
    • 90% of the work involves standing, with activities including walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting or moving objects up to 50 lbs.
    • Technician will report directly to the Onsite Manager
    Compensation
    • Pay: $60,000 Annual Salary
