We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Kansas City metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

Monday through Friday schedule, with hours from 7:45am to 4:30pm
Clinic-based position working with pediatric clients
Child-led, play-based model of care emphasizing child-centered approaches
Caseload of 6-8 clients per day, with flexibility to accommodate half-day or full-day clients
Conduct ongoing supervision of Registered Behavior Technician (RBTs) in their implementation of ABA procedures
Navigate Central Reach Software for collecting and analyzing data

Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Master's degree or above from an accredited institution
Active and clear BCBA license in the state of Missouri
Newly certified individuals welcome to apply
1-2 years of experience working in pediatrics preferred but not required
