Our Investment Banking client is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Analyst to join their M&A team. You will work closely with senior bankers and have access to excellent deal flow while working with highly skilled MDs on complex transactions. This role will cover a wide range of industry subsectors and is an excellent opportunity to gain M&A banking experience and reps at a firm with an collaborative culture, excellent training and upward mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Execution of sell-side M&A deals for healthcare clients
• Conducting financial analysis including modeling, valuation and due diligence
• Assisting senior bankers with client meetings/presentations
• Preparing pitch books & transaction marketing materials

Skills Required:

• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in any of the following; Audit & assurance, Transaction Advisory (TAS), Investment Banking (IB), Equity Research, Private Equity, Corporate Development
• You must be confident building three statement models, DCF and LBO models from scratch (this will be tested in interview)
• Experience working with financial statements and understand the relationships between them
• Excellent analytical skills are mandatory for this position.
