    Billing Specialist Position at Al's Family Construction

    Are you detail-oriented and love working in a fast-paced setting?

    Join our expanding construction company! We are on the lookout for a meticulous Billing Specialist to join our team. Your main tasks will include processing invoices efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing top-notch customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process invoices for construction projects promptly and accurately
    • Maintain precise customer records and monitor outstanding balances
    • Engage with clients and subcontractors to address billing queries effectively
    • Generate reports on billing metrics and collections

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts payable or receivable, or a related field (preferred)
    • Thorough understanding of billing procedures
    • Proficiency in Quickbooks
    • Outstanding organizational skills with acute attention to detail
    • Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
