    A&C's diverse team of professionals bring different perspectives to our work, allowing us to connect with clients at every stage of their journey. One commonality we all share – and the driving force behind our success – is a passion for helping people.

    We believe that clinicians provide the best treatment with a team behind them. A&C allows us to provide coordinated care to clients, meaning that we frequently share families among psychiatry, assessment, and multiple therapists. We collaborate as a group of dynamic clinicians, teaching and learning from each other as we grow.

    Training (see below for licensed clinicians)

    We aim to develop therapists that provide exceptional care and exceptional leadership. Through internship and residency, we provide the highest quality supervision and opportunities to develop management skills. Our goal is for you to be able to transition into licensure with a full caseload and multiple options for continued growth and flexibility.

    During residency, you can expect:

    Weekly 1:1 supervision

    Weekly small group supervision

    Didactic trainings on special topics

    Case consult opportunities

    Compensation:

    Fee for Service model - pay is based upon the services you provide and bill each month

    $300 income threshold stipend to offset things like healthcare costs until you become eligible for company sponsored benefits

    $200 one time onboarding completion payment

    $50/ session flat rate

    Medical, dental , and vision benefits (once eligible)

    Liability insurance

    City/County Business taxes

    401K

    Senior Resident:

    Eligibility within one year of full licensure and dependent upon the needs of the organization

    Requires 1 year commitment post- licensure

    Compensation: $55/ session flat rate

    Licensure

    Once licensed, clinicians can focus their growth in different areas, which may change and shift at different stages of life.

    Therapy - Clinicians prioritize seeing clients. They help by focusing on their zone of genius, client care.

    Leadership- Clinicians prioritize seeing clients along with supporting the A&C team and our communities. Leadership opportunities include the following roles: supervisor, regional director, therapist recruiter, community liaison. A&C leaders allow us to impact more people while also diversifying income streams and activities for our clinicians.

    Throughout, we prioritize collaboration, connection, and growth.

    A&C compensates our licensed clinicians commensurate with the exceptional care that they offer. By pooling resources, we provide a level of security that is only attainable as a group while also allowing clinicians to focus primarily on helping clients and generating revenue.

    As a W2 fully licensed clinician, you can expect:

    Compensation:

    Fee for Service model - pay is based upon the services you provide and is collected each month

    When compared to Independent Contractor, we pay .07 of your income tax
