Full Time Medical Laboratory Technologist/Scientist Position
Day Shift

Job Description:

• Perform laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
• Collect, process, and analyze samples such as blood, urine, and tissue for abnormalities or diseases.
• Operate laboratory equipment and instruments, ensuring accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Maintain laboratory records, including test results, quality control data, and documentation of procedures performed.
• Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and quality assurance standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results and provide accurate diagnostic information.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist/Scientist (MLS) by a recognized accrediting agency such as ASCP, AMT, or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and healthcare providers.
