    Starting Pay:
    $18 - $20/hour based on experience

    If you are enthusiastic, motivated, and looking for an exciting new opportunity, join our team of Material Handlers/Forklift Operators in our Dodge Center, MN production facility.


    Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently locate and pull parts, materials and supplies as listed on paperwork
    • Accurately verify parts and quantities and complete paperwork to receive and/or ship material
    • Order and stock assigned production areas to maintain required inventory levels
    • Operate material handling equipment (forklift, tugger, etc.) and perform inventory management tasks
    • Maintain a safe and clean work environment

    The minimum qualifications for this position:

    • Previous experience working with material handling equipment (forklift, tugger, etc.) and inventory management duties in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
    • Ability to become certified to operate all material handling equipment (i.e., Stand-up, Sit-down, Combi, Lancer, Tugger)
    • Basic computer skills
    • Ability to multi-task and adapt to an ever-changing environment and processes

    Preferred qualifications include:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Six months of experience in similar position
    • Experience using warehouse technology or electronics
    • Experience with ship confirming
