Job summary
The Programs Coordinator will support and coordinate a wide variety of program initiatives in collaboration with the Food Bank's management team, Programs team, and external contacts such as City and County entities, Civic Organizations, Foundations etc The candidate must have the drive and initiative to help identify and pursue new potential program partners be able to build a positive working relationship with staff management/internal team and external contacts Organize oversee or serve as representative of the Food Bank at partner communitycommittee council meetings outreach events Coordinate support and monitor new existing program partners track program progress Communicate with program partners internal team regarding orders deliverypickup distribution Participate in development testing implementation of new progra mdistribution methods improve efficiency effectiveness Adapt changes in progamdevelopment distributions Support growth development FoodBankprograms areas grant funding requirements state local foodsafety requirements compliancebudget work managers external partnes ensure compliance food safety nutritional dietaryFoodBankrequirements Provide timely reporting management Oversee data reporting submission including organizing data for reports Draft place agency food produce orders accordance budget Where applicable create deliverieschedules ordertransfer sheets Coordinate assist setup breakdown distribution loadingdelivery areas ensuring safe orderly service area Where applicable assist distribution flow ensuring clear foot traffic
Qualifications
