    Are you passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to nurturing the growth and development of young minds? We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Preschool Teacher to join our team and create a positive and engaging learning environment for preschoolers.

    Key Responsibilities:


    Child-Centered Learning: Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

    Individualized Care: Provide attentive and nurturing care to infants, addressing their unique needs and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

    Effective Communication: Foster open and constructive communication with both children and their families, keeping parents informed of their child's progress.

    Behavior Guidance: Employ positive guidance techniques to encourage appropriate behavior and social skills in preschool-age children.

    Observation and Assessment: Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor children's developmental milestones and adjust teaching methods accordingly.

    Safety and Wellbeing: Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children by adhering to safety guidelines and hygiene standards.

    Collaboration: Work effectively with a team of educators and support staff, sharing ideas and best practices to enhance the learning environment.

    Professional Development: Stay current with best practices in early childhood education and seek opportunities for professional growth.

    Qualifications:


    - Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education.

    - Associate/Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or 1-3 years experience in the industry.

    - Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning practices.

    -Certified through the Department of Education and Care

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    - A patient and nurturing demeanor.

    - Current CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
