- Lead a core team of Program Managers responsible for vehicle specifications and vehicle builds that help achieve safety, cost, efficiency, and operational requirements.
- Lead medium and heavy-duty vehicle purchasing programs - liaison/partner with internal stakeholders to identify vehicle requirements, conduct RFPs, secure required fleet capex/opex, partner with suppliers to ensure vehicles are produced and delivered on time, and with the right quality and desired performance.
- Hold OEMs and Suppliers accountable for pricing, cost, delivery, and service expectations.
- Develop core program management documentation, including detailed business requirements and standard work documents
- Identify success criterion for alternative fuel vehicle fleet deployment, inclusive of asset allocation strategy, infrastructure requirements, maintenance, and customer experience
- Industry Technical Leadership - partner with suppliers and manufacturers to identify, develop, and implement new technology.
- Address barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders
- Directly influence the definition and management of the strategic roadmaps for the network
