- Associate degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant supporting senior level executives.
- Strong project management skills with experience in planning, organizing, and executing projects from conception to completion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools/software.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
- Experience in a higher education setting or enrollment management preferred, but not required.
