    Description

    We are inviting current nursing students and recent graduates to apply for our RN Residency Program at a leading healthcare institution in Anchorage. The program will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. You will learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experience guided by experienced preceptors.

    This residency is designed for recent graduated RNs with less than 12 months of experience. Full-Time positions are available with Night and Variable shifts.

    The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums or bonus opportunities.
