The Managing Attorney will oversee the Victim Advocacy Program at Disability Rights Wisconsin. This includes developing strong leadership skills among team members providing advocacy support directly representing clients coordinating grant activities participating in various meetings committees committees work groups hiring processes<+ Qualifications:- 8 years of experience working as an attorney- Law degree licensed to practice law in WI- Experience supervising attorneys litigating relevant areas of law- Excellent communication computer skills
Responsibilities
- Oversight Team:50%
- Provide ongoing supervision attend regular supervision meetings review intakes cases written materials training materials provide attorney backup consultation on cases intakes handled by VAP.
