We are a positive, creative team who is passionate about helping curvy brides look and feel beautiful, confident, and fabulous on their wedding day and on a daily basis. We inspire curvy brides to recognize and accept their beauty inside and out.
SPARKLE is looking for a Bridal Sales/Stylist who understands that success starts with: being proactive, creating connections, listening, and goal-setting. A person who values attentive service anticipates a clients needs and is constantly seeking to find the right fit for that unique customer, all based on a relationship and not just a transaction. As part of our sales team, you will help brides in our showroom fulfill their life moments by finding "The One" - their SPARKLE bridal gown and accessories to celebrate their special day. You will style, sell and service brides and their wedding party while continuing your relationship with them from the first meeting until they walk down the aisle.
You are outgoing, upbeat, and self-motivated. You are able to read a room and understand unsaid feelings and reactions. You use feedback to make you better and level up. You strive to exceed expectations and empower others to do the same. You love setting goals for yourself and surpassing them. You lift others up and celebrate their wins.
