Role Des>criptionThis is a part-time, on-site position for a Bartender located in Northern Virginia, VA.
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Additional duties include interacting with customers to take orders, crafting cocktails, and adhering to all safety and sanitary regulations. The role involves providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively engage with patrons and provide a friendly, professional experience.
Proficiency in Bartending and Food & Beverage preparation, with a solid understanding of cocktail recipes and general drink mixing techniques.
Attention to cleanliness, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is a plus.
Proper certification or training in alcohol service (as required by local regulations).
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
