    Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee federal construction projects for our client, an international general contractor specializing in high-value government and commercial projects.

    The right individual will have experience working on government/federal construction projects, knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and REA/MOD negotiation for high-value work.

    Required Skills:
    10-15 years+ of experience overseeing high-value federal construction projects for the U.S. Government.
    Previous working relationships with DoD, DoS, USACE, NAVFAC or similar is preferred.

    Demonstrated expertise in managing large project teams with ability and enthusiasm for mentoring others including direct reports in project management, field operations, quality control, and safety.

    Must have previous working experience overseeing project financials and profit/loss responsibility.
    Technical skills include safety management, quality control, project buyout, cost estimating, and scheduling across all divisions.

    Must have a good understanding of MEP construction (estimating, scheduling, and scope review) with previous experience managing MEP scopes of work.

    Working knowledge of SAP, Primavera P6 or similar.
    4-year college degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
