- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party partners to set and evaluate prices for all ticket products - including season tickets, partial plans, single-game tickets, group sales, and premium areas.
- Lead inventory management and distribution strategies across a range of events.
- Analyze online sales, pricing, and inventory levels and utilize dynamic pricing to optimize inventory and models in real-time.
- Proactively monitor primary and secondary market trends. Provide regular reports on incremental revenue to leadership. Deliver summary reporting on tickets sold and revenue.
- Assist with day-to-day management and coordination of partner relationships.
- Research trends in live events, yield management, MLB authorized ticket marketplaces, and consumer behavior to inform pricing strategies.
- Assist with product mix optimization, development and execution of ticket promotions, ballpark scaling, and postseason pricing.
- Develop working relationships with the MLB Yield Management team, client representatives and various primary and secondary ticketing partners to assist with ticket setup & reporting.
- Other duties as assigned in collaboration with the Ticket Sales & Services department.
- Bachelor's degree
- Successful track record in pricing or a similar field, with a preference for candidates with demonstrated experience pricing and distributing tickets for live events.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP)
- Previous experience with ProVenue or other ticketing system platforms is a plus.
- Previous experience with SQL or other relational databases is a plus.
- Previous experience with Looker, Tableau, or other business intelligence software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fluid and fast paced team environment
- Ideal candidate should be a fast learner, adapt well to change, and thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
- Must be able to work home games and other events including weekends, nights and holidays as needed.
- Must be available for normal office hours (8:30 am - 5:30 pm), and game days and events as assigned
