JR & Co. is looking for Hard-working, Career-minded Roofers (FT) to join our Sheet Metal team. Are you interested in building a career in industry? Sheet metal is an excellent trade with lots of opportunity. Do you have a year or more experience in the construction industry? JR & Co., Inc. will pay for your OSHA 10 construction industry certification (if offered a position).

We are a fun, family-oriented team working together on elevated surfaces (rooftops) outdoors in all types of weather. Overtime, weekends, and some travel may be needed. Excellent physical condition is needed for frequent bending, kneeling, walking, climbing, carrying, and lifting (50lbs or greater)

What would I be doing?

Sheet Metal Crew Members help set-up, maintain, and clean-up project sites. They efficiently measure and cut materials and install Formawall Centria DS58 & DS60 metal wall panels, custom preformed metal wall & soffit panels, Parapet Coping & cut miters, custom sheet metal flashing & trim, Fascia, panel sills, profile while maintaining safe, OSHA compliant work practices at all times.

What do I need?

• 1-2 years experience with architectural sheet metal roofing
• Must be able to obtain security clearance on federal job sites
  
• Must have reliable transportation to get to job sites
• Ability to follow directions and pay attention to details
