    EmployeeMaintenance OperatorOur team in Lancaster currently has an opening for a Maintenance OperatorYOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESPerform highly diversified duties to install andmaintain plant facility equipment.

    Such as pumps/ meters/hoses/Etc.
    Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipmentduring production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of productionequipment.
    Perform minor repairs on trucks /trailers/forklifts/and other equipment. DOT and internal audit record keeping.
    Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to,mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and troubleshooting.
    Read and interpret equipment manuals, prints, and workorders to perform required maintenance and service.
    Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test andmake adjustments.
    Perform regular preventive maintenance on pumps,equipment and plant facilities.

    Insert shims, adjust tension on nuts and bolts, orposition parts, using hand tools and measuring instruments, to setspecified clearances between moving and stationary parts.

    Perform a variety of grounds related basic maintenancefunctions such as plumbing, HVAC, etc.
    Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric metersand material handling equipment in performing duties.
    Move machinery and equipment, using hoists, dollies,rollers, and trucks.
    Attach moving parts and subassemblies to basic assemblyunit, using hand tools and power tools.
    Assemble machines, and bolt, weld, rivet, or otherwisefasten them to foundation or other structures, using hand tools and powertools.
    Detect faulty operations, defective material and reportthose and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
    Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean andorderly work areas.
    Performall other duties as assigned or needed.
    YOUR PROFILEMust be highly motivated and able to workindependently.

    Must be able to certify on site specific mobileequipment as required (front end loader, forklift, man lift, etc.) forspecific job duties.

    General understanding of electrical equipment such asmotors and control circuitsWelding Experience preferred.

    Ability to learn process, equipment specifications andcompany standards by actively consulting resources, associates, manuals,training department and policiesAbility to work independently and take a proactiveapproach to all work assignmentsAbility to perform work while exposed to outsideweather conditions:
