    Job Description Summary:


    The Senior Program Analyst is a member of a dynamic and multi-functional team within DLA- ARTET that provides logistics, program management and acquisition support to the Weapon Systems Sustainment Program ( WSS).

    This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (ie., U.S. citizens, permanent residents and other protected individuals under the immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) * Role & Responsibilities:

    Development of strategies, plans, approaches, and procedures for determining DLA WSS Program projects.
    Development of briefings, demonstrations, program budget, and program management documentation.
    Planning, coordinating, and facilitating program reviews, meetings and events.
    Performing other program management or technical duties as assigned.


    Qualifications/Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree
    10 years in Logistics, Program Management, Acquisition, Operations or Related Experience. (DLA Operations / DoD logistics experience preferred)



    Eligibility Requirements:

    Active Top Secret Clearance

    MUST HAVE

    one certification

    from


    EACH
    of the following lists.

    DoD 8570 certifications are highly preferred: CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP
    NEED ONE
    DLA Approved certifications are highly preferred: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associates (SAA 003 exam), AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, AWS Certified Security Specialty, Microsoft Certified Architect MS SQL Server,

    Microsoft Certified:
    Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104 exam) or other e following certifications are highly preferred: CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP
    NEED ONE


    Desired Qualifications:
    Master's Degree

    PMP
    DAWIA PM or Logistics Certification
    Experience with DoD or DLA.
    Lean Six Sigma certification.
    Effective problem identification and solution skills
    Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver a compliant product.
    Energetic and driven nature.
    Ability to work well within groups.
    Extremely strong writing skills.
    Strong ability to work with Senior Leadership


    Location:
    HYBRID . 2-3 days per month can fluctuate based on project need. - within commutable distance to Fort Belvoir, VA
