    The salary range for this role, based in New York is $108,200.00 to $135,200.00, range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

    Position Summary

    The position of Finance Manager, Agaves is a critical role in Pernod Ricard USA organization. As the primary finance business partner for the Agave brand team supporting Altos, Avion, Del Maguey, and Ojo de Tigre, this role will be instrumental in bringing financial insights and control to all levels of decision-making and ensure we are driving profitable growth. Primary stakeholders include the wider Portfolio Finance team, Agave brand team, Ojo de Tigre management, as well as Commercial Finance Directors and Managers.

    Major Responsibilities

    Ownership of Agave brands' depletion & shipment P&Ls, monthly forecasting and strategic long-range planning

    Tracking and management of brand Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budgets, in conjunction with brand marketing team

    Monthly performance analysis and commentary inclusive of internal and external trends (i.e.. depletions, Nielsen, NABCA) prepared for senior management/stakeholder presentations

    Preparation of business cases to support brand-related commercial decisions (i.e price changes, promo strategy changes, product/range extensions, innovation, etc)

    Governance of brands' pricing strategies and identification and implementation of revenue optimization opportunities in partnership with Commercial Finance

    Preparation of commercial and strategic reviews relating to the brand as well as other ad hoc senior management/stakeholder presentations

    Preparation of monthly and quarterly materials to be sent to the Ojo de Tigre Board of Directors

    Requirements

    Experience / Background:

    Minimum 5+ years in a financial planning and analysis or commercially focused business analytics role with demonstrable career progression

    Robust experience in planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and analysis

    Industry experience preferable but not essential

    Skills / Specifications

    Highly analytical, ability to evaluate varied business KPIs and large amounts of data to produce clear financial recommendations

    Excellent writing and communication skills, with ability to develop clear and concise messaging for senior management

    Very collaborative, ready to build strong relationships as close partner to brand team and with internal finance team as well as across the organization cross-functionally

    Ability to successfully interact with non-finance departments, understanding their key requirements and tailoring data and messaging accordingly

    Capable of bringing structure and clarity to decision-making in ambiguous environment

    Proactive in influencing and challenging business assumptions based on insight and analytics

    Ability to understand market/category dynamics and be able to clearly articulate strategic priorities for the business from finance, commercial and brand perspectives

    At ease in analyzing, managing and modeling sub-brand level profitability

    Able to compile business cases taking into account the sensitivities of assumptions

    Detail-oriented, taking a thorough approach with high level of accuracy

    Ability to manage numerous work streams simultaneously to tight timelines

    Education

    Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics

    MBA preferred
