**Job Summary**
We are looking for dynamic Cleaners/Porters to join our dedicated team in El Dorado Hills The Cleaners/ Porters are responsible for keeping the facilities clean. These are full time positions, day and evening shifts available.
Day shifts: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm and 5:00am to 1:30pm Evening shifts: Saturday to Wednesday, 7:00pm to 3:30am + Dust furniture, walls, and office equipment.
+ Gather and empty trash and recycling.
+ Clean incidental floor spills by sweeping mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
+ Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
+ Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
+ Learn and follow safety procedures and policy.
+ Clean debris empty exterior trash cans.
+ Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
+ Perform all other janitorial duties according to property requirements.
**Physical Elements**
+ Ability to fulfill the physical demands of the essential functions of the job.
**Requirements**
+ Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in janitorial / cleaning in an office and warehouse environment preferred
+ Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
+ Able Services/ABM is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our clients, tenants, vendors, and guests. This position is in a site or facility that may require all vendor employees and contractors who will be performing services on site to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Fully vaccinated is defined as being two weeks after the second dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine or two weeks after the single dose of a one-dose vaccine.
Pay for Day shift: $16.00 hourly Pay for Evening shift: $15.50 hourly
