- Development, integration, test, deployment and maintenance of cloud-based software components.
- Implement software to develop new and prototype capabilities in an environment based on a fast-paced Agile methodology.
- Working with end-user Analysts, Systems Engineers and Software Developers, the candidate will execute planning, design, development, and productization of applications for complex electronic data processing systems.
- Software utilized will include: Java, SpringBoot, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ECMA Script)/Typescript, Swagger, Gradle, Docker, Kubernetes, (data analytics/GUI web tools for big data).
- Interface with project managers and customers on a regular basis, which will require excellent communications skills and willingness to collaborate
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other STEM related degree with a minimum of five (5) years of professional software engineering experience
- Demonstrated development and maintenance experience with Java.
- Fundamental software engineering life-cycle experience; analysis, design, development, debugging, deployment and automated testing.
- Top Secret/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph upon hire
- Security+ Certification
- Experience in one or more of the following: SpringBoot, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ECMA Script)/Typescript, Swagger, Gradle, Docker, Kubernetes, (data analytics/GUI web tools for big data)
- Experience with js, AWS, Jenkins, Fortify, TestRail, Atlassian Tool Suite, Sonarqube, Kafka, RabbitMQ, COPPER
- Familiarity with CM/build tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, GIT, Maven
- Experience with Agile methodology to include Scrum
- Innovative thinker with excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain knowledge of industry trends and standards.
- Ability to enhance and support a software application (government or commercial) deployed to production user.
