- Processes ESi billing twice monthly, with a focus primarily on clients with contract or special Billing requirements
- Resolves ad hoc billing requests in a timely manner
- Provides internal customer service
- Manages billing portal access, including initial setup, maintenance and ongoing invoice submissions
- Supports Accounting team with various tasks or duties as needed (including accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.)
- Supports annual and interim audit requests
- Assist with internal training and procedural documentation for accounting processes between admin and billing teams.
- Five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Associates degree or higher in Accounting/Business preferred
- Experience billing through 3E - Elite accounting platform
- Experience with eBilling platforms for various clients
- Experience with LEDES billing
- Microsoft Teams (or equivalent)
- Adobe, Word, Excel
- Experience billing through Thomson Reuters 3E Elite
- Thomson Reuters 3E Elite eBilling Hub

Engineering Systems Inc. (ESi) is an engineering and scientific investigation and failure analysis firm. We primarily work with law firms, insurance companies, and manufacturers on small to large-scale projects to answer any technical questions they have. Our projects can entail investigating major transportation accidents, equipment failures, personal injury claims, and damage to residential or commercial structures. The variety and depth of our project work creates a variety of fulfilling roles at ESi.

About This Role
Under general direction, the Billing Specialist is responsible for processing ESi billing twice monthly, with a focus primarily on clients with contract billing requirements. This position requires a detail-oriented individual, who can work in a high-volume setting. Successful candidates must have the ability to meet deadlines, independently and creatively problem solve and conduct their responsibilities with a customer service mindset and an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
