    Responsible for welcoming patients, performing service driven check-in/check-out procedures maintaining highest attention to patient privacy.

    As a critical part of our team and patient experience, you will be responsible for the following:
    Duties include, but are not limited to:Answer phones with enthusiasm and excitementBe accommodating and book our patients for their appointments or assist in answering any questions they haveDirect clinical calls to the patient's doctorWork with Practice Managers and office teams to provide an exceptional patient experienceAssist with insurance verifications and breakdowns for new and existing patientsProvide a stellar patient experienceRequirementsNeeded Skills/
