    As a working Railyard Terminal Manager you will lead a complex railyard terminal operation with a focus on safety, administration, maintenance, train performance, productivity and working hands in all aspects of the railyard.

    Additionally, you will provide strong leadership for employees, systems, and safety practices. A successful Terminal Manager possesses critical thinking, deadline driven, analytical, and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    In this role you will oversee the intermodal terminal in Atlanta, GA.


    Responsibilities:
    Railyard Terminal Manager
    Leads Terminal to ensure KPIs are met, Train Performance, Lifts per Hour & Cost per Hour, etc.

    This position is a "Working Manager" role that would require you to workout doors and stand for long periods at a time.

    Accountable for overall P&L responsibilities
    Develops and drives existing staff to enhance Engagement & Retention within the Terminal
    Builds collaborative partnerships between ConGlobal and local railroad officers
    Acts as key point of contact between ConGlobal and our customers
    Enforces and upholds all ConGlobal rules, regulations, and policies
    Approaches violations with care and administers disciplinary actions when required
    Monitors and approves terminal purchases for payment & manages purchases within budget
    Approves weekly time & attendance and ensures data is accurate and timely
    Partners with Talent Acquisition to ensure the Terminal is fully staffed
    Owns the Training and Orientation process of all employees to ensure their ongoing success
    Provides Terminal Metrics & Reports as needed
    Other duties as assigned (administrative & non-administrative)

    Qualifications:
    Requirements
    Minimum 7 years Intermodal, transportation, logistics or supply chain management experience
    5+ years leadership experience
    Bachelors degree preferred or related experience
    Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
    Excellent communication skills are mandatory
    Proficient in outlook and MS office suite of products
    Possess strong work ethic
    Open availability required (shifts, weekends, & holiday)
    Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
