    Description


    Our existing client (large home and business services company with 11K+ employees) is seeking a Change Management Consultant to work with the internal Director of Change Management and associated Change Management professionals to support numerous changes associated with the consolidation of this company with a recently acquired company.

    In this role, you will work within the Change Management strategies, plans, and processes developed by the client on projects related to new platform adoption and mainly around business product offerings.


    Role Tasks:
    Project Manage Change Management efforts
    Create communication talking points to be utilized by the internal communications team
    Work with instructional designers regarding associated training programs
    Get "into the shoes" of the personas (individuals and cohorts) experiencing changes
    Act as a thought partner to the Director of Change Management as needed.


    Skills & Experience Requirements:
    Degree and/or Certification(s) in Organizational Development with an emphasis in Change Management, or equivalent professional experience.
    5+ years of relatable experience performing OCM tasks.
    Experience working with a variety of Change Management processes.
    Must have strong and exceptional Project Management skills.
    Excellent writing skills.
    Must be highly dedicated and passionate about Change Management.


    Start:
    Early to mid-February targeted (some flexibility).

    Duration:
    Through end of year 2024 with likelihood of extension upon mutual interest.

    Hours/week:

    30-40 hours per week with some level of flexibility around working hours.
