Job DescriptionJob Title : Forklift Operator Location : Pasadena TX USA 77507Duration : Long term
Job description: Under direct supervision, responsible for ensuring timely materials goods movements, accurate and appropriate storage and movement of products and inventory accuracy.

Also responsible for other daily operations functions of the warehouse which includes various clean-up and housekeeping activities.
Two-year degree and 1 years' work experience preferred.
Experience working in an operations environment is preferred, including knowledge and use of handheld scanners and lift truck certification.
Job will also require the performance of other duties and activities as directed. Entry level position.
No previous experience required.

The person for this role will be packaging material, moving material from one location to another to support the operators.

Works with Chemicals from Basic to PPE required chemicals (over 250 chemicals in this plant). Works outside, very busy role.
Extra attention to safety and chemical handling.
This is an entry level role.
The right candidate will be someone with plant knowledge/material mover in a plant setting.
Must be familiar with chemicals with confidence in moving chemicals. Very safety oriented.
Confident driving a forklift, drumming system experience would be a plus but not required, they will be trained on both.

Then the opposite week they will switch, the day person will go to nights and the night person to days.

Day shift: Start around 7am (this could change)
Night Shift: start around 7pm (this could change)

6 Month assignment with opportunities to convert. 100% on site
