The

Population Health (Clinically Integrated Network) Technology Manager

serves as the primary connector between business and technical needs for Value Based Care / Population Health.

This role will be the primary liaison to Digital Technology Services (DTS) and will coordinate configuration and data acquisition from suppliers, exchange with external upstream/downstream partners and consumers.

The CIN Technical Manager will also facilitate adoption and user access with Platform Operations with our Operating Partner.
