    This Business Development Representative is for an energetic, aggressive self-starter capable of managing heavy inbound/outbound phone contact with existing and prospective clients county-wide. The position requires excellent organization, computer and phone skills, integrity to work without supervision, and the ability to achieve sales goals laid out by the leadership team. The Comfort Keepers Business Development Representative is responsible for sharing our core values and mission with clients and referral sources.

    The position offers a competitive base salary with a commission plan that has unlimited growth potential

    Salary:

    $70,000/year + Commission

    Working Environment:

    Hybrid office and field environment. To perform external duties, you must be able to work by car while visiting various facilities such as hospitals and doctors offices.

    Monday - Friday, 8 am 5 pm, 2+ nights on call

    Responsibilities:

    • Performs assessments/in-home sales calls to establish services for potential clients. Implements contracts and agreements to ensure that sales goals are met. Ensures clients/families are aware of CK policies/procedures.

    • Will complete daily check-ins with schedulers, care supervisors, and retention & satisfaction specialists.
    • Understand how other services work alongside home care to create a comprehensive in-home solution.
    • Develops and maintains a database for relationship management.
    • Participates in on-call rotation by carrying the agencys emergency cell phone. Handle issues and conduct new client intakes as needed while on call.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven sales experience is required. Experience in home care or other services/sales industry preferred.
    • Have a caring interest in the senior population while being a reliable, accountable, and respectful team player.
    • Be proactive in mitigating issues, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction, thus exceeding client expectations.

    Preferred training and experience:

    • 3+ years of sales experience within the San Diego senior care market
    • 3+ years with one organization or client (any working knowledge qualifies)
