    Adobe Firefly is a web app, a family of creative generative AI models, and GenAI capabilities in flagship creative apps like Photoshop.

    Firefly offers creators of all levels a new way to ideate, create, and scale content. It's a natural, exponential extension of the trusted creativity and design apps Adobe is known for.


    We are hiring a Principal Product Marketing Manager to drive critical elements of the next phase of our Firefly GTM strategy.

    This role requires an experienced individual with exceptional outbound product marketing and GTM skills, and a solid understanding of business strategy and full funnel marketing.

    Engage in the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Adobe Firefly, our pioneering GenAI product.
    Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to drive execution of marketing initiatives across priority channels.

    Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success; monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for optimization and improvement.

    8+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field, with a strong background in web app solutions.
    Analytical and strategic problem solver, adept at using data to inform decisions.
    Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.

    Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
